Empowering Women of Baba Island

Under Commodore (Rtd) Tajuddin Najmi's leadership, the Navy League is empowering Baba Bhit islands' youth through quality education and skill-building. A recent On-the-Job Training (OJT) of Nursing at PNS SHIFA, in partnership with Bahria Medical and Health Sciences College, offered girls practical experience. The program concluded with certificate awards, marking a significant step in shaping their future. This initiative, graced by retired Admiral Hasan Masood Ansari, exemplifies the League's commitment to empowering the girls of Baba Island community through practical skills and opportunities

The Navy League under the dynamic leadership of Commodore (rtd) Tajuddin Najmi has been at the forefront in providing quality education to the children of Baba Bhit islands. Apart from the normal academic studies the Management has initiated diverse courses to help the young boys and girls to charter a future role for them-selves among the community.
Towards this end an On the Job Training (OJT) at PNS SHIFA under the aegis of Bahria Medical and Health Sciences College was arranged for a batch of girls from the Baba Island by the Navy League. On satisfactory completion of the training, Certificates were awarded to the participants.
The occasion was graced by a highly respected retired Admiral Hasan Masood Ansari as the Chief Guest. The contribution of the Admiral in organizing, training, and welfare of the technical branches of the Pakistan Navy remain unmatched.
